٢٤٥٨ - الإمام الحافظ عبد الحقّ بن عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله الإشبيلي الأزدي (٥)، نزيل بجاية، المتوفى بها سنة اثنتين وثمانين وخمسمائة. له "الأحكام الكبرى" و"الوسطى" و"الصغرى" و"الجمع بين الصحيحين" و"تلقين المبتدي" وكتاب "المعتل" وكتاب "التمجيد" وكتاب " الوافية". أخذ عنه الشيخ محيي الدين بن عربي، نزل بجاية وقت فتنة الأندلس بانقراضاللَّمْتُونيَّة فبث بها علمه. وصنَّف التصانيف وولي الخطبة. وكان فقيهًا حافظًا مشاركًا في الأدب وقول الشعر (١).
