٢٤٠٣ - الإمام مجد الدين أبو الفضل عبد الله بن محمود بن مَوْدُود بن محمود بَلْدَجي الموصلي الحنفي (٢)، المتوفى في محرم سنة ثلاث وثمانين وستمائة ببغداد، عن اثنتين وثمانين سنة. كان فقيهًا عَلاَّمة في المذهب ولي القضاء بالكُوفة ثم رجع إلى بغداد. سمع من ابن طَبَرْزِد ودرَّس بمشهد أبي حنيفة وأفتى إلى أن مات. وله "المختار للفتوى" و"الاختيار في شرحه" أجاد فيه وأحسن وكتاب "المشتمل على مسائل المختصر". وسمع منه الحافظ الدِّمياطي وذكره في "معجم شيوخه".
