٢٢٢٤ - أبو محمد عبد الله بن إدريس بن يزيد بن عبد الرحمن الأَودي الكوفي الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى بها سنة اثنتين وتسعين ومائة وله اثنتان وسبعون سنة. حدَّث عن أبيه والأعمش وابن جُريج، وعنه الإمام مالك وأحمد وابن المبارك وإسحق ويحيى وإبنا أبي شيبة وخلق. وكان حُجَّة، أحد الأعلام، عابدًا، فاضلًا، صديقًا لمالك، أقدمه الرشيد ليولّيه القضاء فأبى وقال: لا أصلح ومحاسنه كثيرة. ذكره تقي الدين.
