٢١٢٧ - القاضي طاهر بن يحيى بن أبي الخير العَمْرَاني اليمني الشافعي (٤)، المتوفى سنة سبع وثمانين وخمسمائة، عن تسع وستين سنة. كان فقيهاً، فاضلاً، له مصنّفات حسنة وهو ابن صاحب البيان. تفقه بأبيه وجاور بمكة وولي القضاء بجبلة في سنة ٦٧ [٥]. ذكره السبكي.
