    ٢٠٩١ - المولى صفر شاه الرُّومي (٣)، المتوفى سنة .... كان عالماً فاضلاً ماهراً في علم البلاغة، جمع بين المعقول والمنقول وأرسل إليه المولى الفَنَاري بعض المشكلات من العلوم العقلية وأمر بالجواب عنها، فكتب أجوبتها وأرسل إليه واعتذر عن التعرض للجواب إظهاراً للتأدب معه وله خُطب بليغة. ذكره صاحب "الشقائق" من العلماء في دولة السلطان يلدرم. وقد رأيت رسالته بخط الفاضل قاضي زاده الرومي، كتب في آخرها تمت الرسالة التي صنّفها الحبر الماهر سيد السادات وجامع الكمالات شيخي وأستاذي مولانا صفر شاه في ذي القعدة سنة سبع وتسعين وسبعمائة. وله "تفسير سورة ألهاكم التكاثر".
