٢٠٧١ - عماد الإسلام أبو العلاء صاعد بن محمد بن أحمد بن عبيد الله النيسابوري الحنفي (٥)، المتوفى بها سنة إحدى وثلاثين وأربعمائة وقيل اثنتين وثلاثين وله ثمان وثمانون سنة.تفقّه على جده أبي نصر القاضي ولازم بعده القاضي أبا الهيثم واستقضي بنيسابور ودام القضاء بها في أولاده. وكان عالماً فاضلاً، انتهت إليه رياسة الحنفية بخراسان، و [كان] يُعْرَف بالأستوائي. وله كتاب "الاعتقاد". ذكره تقي الدين
