٢٠٠٣ - أبو الحسن سهل بن محمد بن سهل بن أحمد بن مالك الأزدي الغرناطي النحوي (٦)، المتوفى بها في ذي القعدة سنة تسع وثلاثين وستمائة، عن ثمانين سنة. كان من أفاضل عصره، محدثاً، كاتباً. روى عن السُّهَيلي وابن مضاء وأجاز له ابن عساكر وبركات الخشوعي. روى عنه ابن أبي الأحوص وابن الأبَّار وكان معظّماً عند الخاصة والعامة، صنَّف في النحو كتاباً على ترتيب "كتاب سيبويه"، وله تعاليق على "المستصفى". ذكره السيوطي.
