١٩٥٠ - المولى سليمان بن علي بن سليمان القَرَامَاني الحنفي (١)، المتوفى سنة أربع وعشرين وتسعمائة، عن ثمانين سنة. كان فاضلًا، ديّنًا، خيِّرًا. قرأ وحَصَّل واستُقضي بعدَّة أماكن، ثم رغب عنه وانقطع للعلم والعبادة وصنَّف "حواشي على شرح الوقاية" لصدر الشريعة و"رسالة في علم العروض" و"أجوبة" عن اعتراضات بدر الدين [بن السماونه] في " [جامع] الفُصُولين" على الفقهاء وخَمَّس "قصيدة البردة" وعارضها بأخرى وشرح "مجمع البحرين". وله "كتاب في الخلافيات". ذكره تقي الدين.
