١٧٧٥ - المولى الفاضل زكريا بن بيرام بن زكريا الرُّومي الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى فجأة يوم العيد. كان أصله من أَنْكُوري (٤)، ولد بقسطنطينية وقرأ وصار ملازمًا للمعلول (٥) وكان جلُّ انتفاعه به ثم دَرّس بمدارس إلى أن ولي قضاء حلب ثم بروسا ثم قسطنطينية، ثم قضاء العسكر بأناطولي، ثم بروم إيلي ثم منصب الفتوى. وتوفي وهو جالس على الباب السلطاني وهو ينتظر خروج السلطان. وكان محمود السيرة محسودًا [من] الأقران وله حاشية على "سورة الأعراف" وعلى "الهداية" من الوكالة إلى آخرها وعلى "صدر الشريعة" و [على] "شرح المفتاح" وعلى "شرح التجريد". وغير ذلك.
