١٦٩٠ - الشيخ أبو سعد داود بن الهيثم بن إسحق بن البهلول بن حَسَّان بن سِنَان التَّنوخي الأَنْبَاري الحنفي (١)، المتوفى بها سنة ست عشرة وثلاثمائة وله من العمر ثمان وثمانون سنة. أخذ النحو واللغة عن ابن السِّكِّيت ولقي ثعلباً فحمل عنه وكان فصيحا، نحوياً، لغوياً، عالماً بالعروض واستخراج المعمَّى، صنف في اللغة والنحو على مذهب الكوفيين وله كتاب كبير في خلق الإنسان متداول ولقي من الأخباريين جماعة، منهم حَماد الموصلي وسمع جدّه إسحق وأبا الخطّاب الحَسَّاني وحدَّث ببغداد والأنبار، وروى عنه جماعة، وكان كثير الحديث والحفظ للأخبار والأدب والأشعار. ذكره تقي الدين.
