١٥١٥ - القاضي الفاضل حسين بن محمد الدِّياربَكري المالكي (٣)، نزيل مَكَّة المتوفى سنة [٩٦٦]. قال الشهاب: سماء سحابة الكرم وصائد فيض المعالي في حمى الحرم، إذا نشرت صحائف نداه طوي ذكر حاتم طَي، ذو هِمَّة، نظمت على رغم أنف الزمان وعزه أشهر من مثل، وهو شريف النسب سري الحسب ولم يزل المذكور في خدمته قائماً إلى أن تولى قضاء طيبة حتى بدا محاق بدره وخَيَّمت صحائف عمره وله قلائد شعر نظمت في جيد السحر.
