١٤٩٨ - الإمام الفقيه نجم الدين حسين بن محمد بن أسعد، المعروف بالنجم (٣)، المتوفى سنة ... تفقَّه على أبيه وسمع منه الحديث. قال ابن العديم: ولي التدريس بالحلاوية وصنَّف "شرح الجامع الصغير" بمكَّة وله "الفتاوى" و"الواقعات" وكان فقيهاً فاضلاً متديناً. ذكره تقي الدين.
