١٣٦٧ - القاضي أبو حَسَّان حسن بن عُثمان بن حَمَّاد بن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد الزِّيَادي الحنفي (٤)، المتوفى ببغداد سنة اثنتين وأربعين ومائتين وله تسع وثمانون سنة. قال المُحَسِّن التنُوخي: كان من وجوه أصحابنا، من غِلْمَان أبي يوسف. سمع هُشيماً ووكيعاً وروى عنه محمد الباغَندي وإسحق الحَرْبِي وله "تاريخ" حسن. وكان من أصحاب الحديث، تقلَّد القضاء سنة ٢٤١ ثم تعطّل ولزم منزله يدرِّس ويُفتي. وهو ممن روي عنه أنهرأى ربَّ العزّة في النوم والله أعلم. ذكره عبد القادر وذكره السبط أيضاً وقال: رحل في طلب الحديث وصنّف الكتب ولما قدم الشافعي بغداد نزل عليه وأقام عنده سنة ثم خرج إلى المدينة.
