١٣٣٩ - الإمام الظهير أبو علي حسن بن الخطَّير النُّعْمَاني الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى في ذي القعدة سنة ثمان وتسعين وخمسمائة وله خمسون سنة. ويقال له الفارسي، لأنه تفقَّه بشيراز ودخل الشام وأقام بالقدس ولما اجتاز به العزيز ابن السلطان صلاح الدين أخذه معه إلى مصر وأجرى له كل شهر ستين فى يناراً، فأقام بها إلى أن مات. قال ياقوت: كان مُبَرِّزاً في الأدب والأخبار والتفسير والفقه والعقليات، عالماً باللغة العبرانية ويناظر أهلها ويحفظ من كل فنٍّ كتاباً كالتفسير لتاج القراء. وله "تفسير" كبير و"شرح الجمع بين الصحيحين" و"تنبيه البارعين على المنحوت من كلام العرب" وغير ذلك. من تقي الدين.
