١٣٢٣ - القاضي أبو سعيد حسن بن إسحق بن نبيل النيسابوري الأصل ثم المعرّي الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى سنة [ثمان وأربعين وثلاثمائة] (٤). سمع بمصر من الطحاوي وسمع بحلب والكوفة والرَّيّ. ذكره ابن العديم في "تاريخ حلب" وقال: له كتاب الرد على الشافعي فيما يخالف فيه القرآن وكان يذهب إلى قول أبي حنيفة وأنه بقي قاضي المعرة أربعين سنة يُعزل ويعود إليها. ذكره تقي الدين.
