١٣١٤ - الشيخ الإمام أبو سعيد حسن بن أحمد بن يزيد بن عيسى بن الفضل بن يسار الإضطخْري الشافعي (٤)، المتوفى ببغداد في جمادى الآخرة سنة ثمان وعشرين وثلاثمائة، عن أربع وثمانين سنة ودفن بباب الحرب.كان أحد الأئمة ومن شيوخ الفقهاء ورعاً، زاهداً، سمع سعدان بن نصر وأحمد الرَّمَادي، وغيرهما، وروى عنه الدارقطني وابن شاهين ومحمد بن المُظَفَّر وغيرهم، وتولى قضاء قُم وسجستان. وقد ولي الحسْبَة ببغداد وأحرق طاق اللعب من أجل ما يعمل فيه من الملاهي وكان القاهر قد استفتاه في الصابئين فأفتاه بقتلهم. وله تصانيف كثيرة، منها: "كتاب أدب القضاء" ليس لأحد مئله.
