٧١٣ - القاضي الإمام أبو نصر أحمد بن منصور الأَسْبِيجابيّ الحنفي (٤)، المتوفى بعد الثمانين وأربعمائة. كان من المتبحّرين في الفقه. أفتى بسمرقند وشرح (٧٨ / أ- ب) "مختصر الطحاوي" وصار المرجع إليه في الوقائع وانتظمت له الأمور وظهرت له الآثار الجميلة، كذا في "تاج التراجم" وتقي الدين.
