٦٨١ - أبو العباس أحمد بن محمد الدّارمي المِصْيصي، المعروف بالنَّامي الشاعر (١)، المتوفى بحلب سنة سبعين وثلاثمائة عن تسعين سنة. كان من أكابر شعراء عصره وخواص مداحي سيف الدولة، في منزلة المتنبي عنده. وكان أديبًا فاضلًا عارفًا باللغة وله مع المتنبي معارضات ووقائع، وصنَّف كتابًا في العَرُوض سماه "المقنع" وله "أمالي" أملاها بحلب، روى فيها عن الأخفش وابن درستويه والصُّولي وعنه أبو الفرح الببّغاء وأبو بكر الخالدي والقاضي أبو طاهر. كذا في "نوادر الأخبار".
