٦٧٤ - أبو الحسن أحمد بن محمد الخَوَارزمي، المعروف بالسُّهَيْلي الوزير (١)، المتوفى بسامراء سنة ثماني عشرة وأربعمائة. كان أولًا يؤدب بني عم الوزير المغربي بحلب وسمع بها ابن خالويه سنة ٣٦٦، ثم ارتفع شأنه وصنَّف له ابن سينا كتاب "دفع المضار الكلية للأبدان" وكان يجمع بين آلات الرئاسة والآداب والوزارة. وله كتاب "الروضة السهيلية" في الأوصاف والتشبيهات وبأمره صنَّف الحسن بن حرب (٢) في المذهب كتاب السهيلي، يذكر فيه المذهبين الشافعي والحنفي. وله في النجوم أشعار (٣).
