٦٢١ - الشيخ أبو رشاد أحمد بن محمد بن القاسم الملقب بذي الفضايل الأخسيكثي الحنفي (٢)، المتوفى في جمادى الأولى سنة ثمان وعشرين وخمسمائة عن نحو سبعين سنة. كان أديبًا فاضلًا له الباع الطويل في النحو واللغة والنظم والنثر. أخذ عنه أكثر فضلاء خراسان وسمع أبا المظفر السمعاني وجمع "زوائد على شرح سقط الزند" وتاريخًا وكتابًا في قولهم كذب عليك كذا, وله ردود على جماعة من قدماء فضلاء. ذكره السيوطي في "النحاة".
