٥٧٤ - الشيخ الإمام أبو سعيد أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد الحيري النَّيسابوري الحافظ البارع الشافعي (٣)، المتوفى شهيداً بطرسوس سنة ثلاث وخمسين وثلاثمائة عن خمس وستين سنة. سمع بنيسابور ونسا والرَّي وروى عن الحسن بن سفيان وأبي عمرو الخفاف والهيثم بن خلف الدُّوري وأقرانهم. وكان حافظاً، جمع الحديث الكثير. وكان يكتب بخطه ويسمع. وصنَّف "التفسير الكبير" و"الصحيح على رسم مسلم" وصنَّف في الأبواب والشيوخ. ذكره ابن السبكي.
