٥٦٣ - الأديب البارع أبو علي أحمد بن محمد بن حسن المرزوقي الأصبهاني (٣)، المتوفى في ذي الحجة سنة إحدى وعشرين وأربعمائة. كان غاية في الذكاء وحسن التصنيف وإقامة الحجج. قرأ على أبي علي الفارسي. وكان من رأس تلاميذه. ودخل عليه الصاحب بن عَبَّاد فلم يقم له، فلما ولي الوزارة جفاه. صنّف "شرح الحماسة" و"شرح الفصيح" و"شرح المفضليات" و"شرح أشعار هذيل" و"شرح الموجز" وغيرها. ذكره السيوطي.
