٥١٨ - الشيخ موفق الدين أحمد بن القاسم بن خليفة، المعروف بابن أبي أُصَيْبعة الخزرجي الطبيب الفاضل (٢)، المتوفى بصرخد في جمادى الأولى سنة ثمان وستين وستمائة وقد أناف على التسعين. وكان عالماً فاضلاً في الطبّ والأدب والتاريخ وأشعاره كثيرة. صنَّف "عيون الأنباء في طبقات الأطباء" و"معالم الأمم وأخبار ذوي الحكم". ذكره جمال الدين في "النجوم الزاهرة".
