٤٠٣ - الشيخ الفقيه أبو حامد أحمد بن عامر بن بشر المرو الروذي القاضي الشافعي (٦)، المتوفى سنة ثلاث وستين وثلاثمائة، من أصحاب أبي إسحق المروزي.كان إمامًا حافظًا للمذهب، نزل البصرة ودرّس بها وعنه أخذ فقهاء البصرة. روى عنه أبو حيَّان التوحيدي وصنَّف "الجامع في المذهب" جمع فيه الأصول والفروع وشرح "مختصر المزني" وصنَّف في أصول الفقه. ذكره السبكي.
