٣٥٩ - الشيخ الإمام أبو حامد أحمد بن حسين بن علي المروزي الهمداني الحنفي المعروف بابن الطبري (١)، المتوفى ببخارى سنة سبع وسبعين وثلاثمائة. تفقه ببغداد على أبي الحسن الكَرْخي وتخرَّج على أبي القاسم الصفّار وولي قضاء القضاة ببخارى. سمع أحمد المنكدري وحدَّث وروى، ثم دخل بغداد وصنَّف "التاريخ". وكان متقنًا ثبتًا، سكن بخارى إلى أن مات. ذكره تقي الدين.
