٣١٤ - الشيخ الإمام أبو بكر أحمد بن إسحق بن أيوب بن يزيد بن عبد الرحمن بن نوح الصِّبغي النيسابوري الشافعي (٨)، الفقيه المحدِّث، المتوفى بها في شعبان سنة اثنتين وأربعينوثلاثمائة، عن أربع وثمانين سنة. تففه وسمع بخراسان والعراق والحجاز فأكثر وبَرَعَ في الحديث. وحدَّث عنه أبو أحمد الحاكم وأفتى بنيسابور نيفًا وخمسين سنة وصنَّف "كتاب فضائل الأربعة" و"كتاب الأحكام" وكان يرى أن المأموم إذا أدرك في الركوع لا يكون مدركًا للركعة، وله في هذه المسألة تصنيف، وقد أطال الحاكم في ترجمته. ذكره الذهبي والسبكي.
