٥٩ - الشيخ أبو إسحق إبراهيم بن علي بن حسين بن علي الطَّبري الشيباني الشافعي (٥)، المتوفى في رجب سنة ثلاث وعشرين وخمسمائة عن إحدى وأربعين سنة. كان فقيهاً فاضلاً، طبري الأصل مكِّي الدار، له تصانيف في الخلاف والفرائض. سمع أبا نُعيم بأصبهان وحَدَّث ببغداد، ثم ولي قضاء مكة. ذكره السبكي في "طبقات الشافعية".
