    ٢٥ - الإمام أبو بكر إبراهيم بن رُستم المَرْوَزي الحنفي الفقيه (٦)، أحد الأعلام، المتوفى بنيسابور في جمادى الآخرة سنة إحدى عشرة ومائتين. تفقه على الإمام محمد بن الحسن وروى عن أبي عصمة نوح بن أبي مريم وأسد بن عمرو وهما تفقها على أبي حنيفة وأخذ عنه الجمّ الغفير وسمع من مالك والثوري وشُعبة وحَمَّاد بن سلمة. وحَدَّث ببغداد وروى عنه الإمام أحمد بن حنبل وأبو خيثمة وكان ثقة زاهداً، عرض عليه المأمون القضاء فامتنع. ذكره عبد القادر في "الجواهر".
