٤٦١ - محمد بن أحمد بنِ محمد، يُعرف بالجلال المحلي. ولد في سنة ٧٩١ بالقاهرة، وأخذ عن البلقيني، والعراقي، والعز بن جماعة، والحافظ ابن حجر، وتفنن في العلوم النقلية والعقلية، وعمل لنفسه منسكًا وتفسيرًا لم يكمل، وإذا ظهر له الصواب على يد من كان رجع إليه. قال السخاوي: وترجمتُه تحتمل كراريس، وقد حج مرارًا، مات سنة ٨٦٤، وتأسف الناس على فقده، ولم يخلف بعده في مجموعة مثله، كذا في "البدر الطالع".
