٢٧٠ - عبد الساتر بنِ عبد الحميد بنِ محمدٍ، المقدسيُّ. سمع وتفقه ومهر في المذهب، وعُني بالسنة، وجمع منها، وناظر الخصوم وكفرهم، وكان صاحب حرقة وتحرق على الأشعرية، فرموه بالتجسيم. قال الذهبي: رأيت له مصنفات في الصفات، فلم أر به باسًا، وفيه شراسة أخلاق مع صلاح ودين يابس. توفي سنة ٦٧٩ عن نيف وسبعين سنة.
