٢٦٧ - علي بن عثمان بنِ عبدِ القادر، الوجوهيُّ، المقرىء، الصوفيُّ، الزاهدُ. ولد سنة ٥٨٢، قرأ القرآن، وسمع الحديث، روى عنه الناس، توفي سنة ٦٧٢، رآه رجل عالم في النوم بعد موته، فقال: ما فعل الله بك؟ قال: نزلا عليَّ، فأجلساني، وسألاني، فقلت: لمثل ابن الوجوهي يقال ذلك؟! فأضجعاني، ومضيا - رحمه الله تعالى -.
