    ٢٤٠ - يعيش بن ريحان بنِ مالكٍ، البغداديُّ، الفقيهُ، المحدثُ، الزاهدُ. ولد سنة ٥٤١، وسمع كثيرًا من الحديث من صدقة، وأبي زرعة الدمشقي، وأبي حامد الغرناطي، وشهدة الكاتبة، وغيرهم. قال المنذري: لنا منه إجازة، وحدَّث، ومن شعره: ظعنَ الذين عهدتُمُ ... ولنظعنَنَّ كما ظعنْ يا غاسلاً لثيابِهِ ... اغسلْ هواك من الدَّرَنْ ما صَحَّ ظاهرُ مبطنٍ ... حتى يُصَحَّحَ ما بَطَنْ ولرَّبما احتلَبَتْ يدا ... كَ دمًا وتحسَبُه لَبَنْ وكان يتوسوس في طهارته وغسل ثيابه كثيرًا، توفي ﵀ سنة ٦٢٢.
