١٥٦ - عبد الرحمن بن أحمد بن محمد، يعرفُ بابن الاخوة. سمع من جماعة، وسافر إلى خراسان في طلب الحديث، وسمع بنيسابور، والري، وطبرستان، وأصبهان، وقرأ بنفسه، وكان سريع القراءة والكتابة، قال: كتبت بخطي ألف مجلد، وله معرفة بالأدب، ومن شعره: الدهرُ كالميزانِ يرفعُ ناقصًا ... أبدًا، ويخفضُ زائدَ المقدارِ وإذا انتحى الإنصافَ عادل عدله ... في الوزنِ بينَ حديدةٍ ونُضار أنفقتُ شرخَ شبابي في ديارِكُمُ ... فما حَظيتُ ولا أنفدتُ إنفاقي وخيرُ عمري الذي وَلَّى وقد ولعت ... به الهمومُ، فكيف الظنُّ بالباقي
