١٢٩ - أبو زكريا، يحيى بنُ عليِّ بنِ محمدِ بنِ الحسنِ بنِ بسطام، الشيبانيُّ، التبريزيُّ، المعروف بالخطيب. أحد أئمة اللغة، سمع الحديث بمدينة صور من الفقيه أبي الفتح سليم بن أيوب الرازي، وروى عنه الخطيب الحافظ صاحب "تاريخ بغداد"، والحافظ أبو الفضل محمد بن ناصر، وأبو منصور الجواليقي، وأبو الحسن سعد الخير الأندلسي، وغيرهم من الأعيان، وتخرج عليه خلق كثير وتلمذوا له، وله كتاب "تهذيب غريب الحديث"، وغيره. ولد سنة إحدى وعشرين وأربع مئة، وتوفي سنة ٥٠٢ ببغداد.
