    ٦٤١ - محمدُ بن سُليمانَ بن شاطِر. رَوى عن شُرَيْح. ٦٤٢ - محمدُ (٣) بن سُليمانَ بن عبد العزيز بن غَمْر السُّلَميُّ، شاطبيٌ، أبو بكر. رَوى عن [٨١ ب] أبي بكر بن مُغاوِرٍ وغيره من مَشْيَخةِ بلدِه. رَوى عنه أبو محمد بنُ بُرْطُلّه.وكان من العلماءِ بالأدب والعدَد والفرائض والمساحة، درَّس ذلك كلَّه، وكان حَسَن الإقراءِ والتعليم، جيِّدَ القيام على "مقاماتِ" الحريريّ والتنقيرِ عن معانيها، حَسَنَ النظَر في فكِّ المُعمَّى. واستُقضيَ بإلْش، وتوفِّي بشاطبةَ عقِبَ رجَبِ ستَّ عشْرةَ وست مئة.
