    ٦٠٦٤ - عثمان بن محمّد بن عثمان، أبو عمرو الحراني: قدم بغداد وحدث بها عن الوليد بن عبد الملك بن مسرح الحراني. روى عنه القاضي أبو عبد الله المحامليّ وعبد الباقي بن قانع. أخبرنا محمّد بن الحسين بن الفضل القطّان، أخبرنا عبد الباقي بن قانع القاضي، حدّثنا عثمان بن محمّد بن عثمان الحراني، حدّثنا الوليد بن عبد الملك بن مسرح، حدّثنا مخلد بن يزيد، حدّثنا مسعر عن عون بن أبي جحيفة عن أبيه قال: لما قدم جعفر بن أبي طالب من أرض الحبشة قام إليه النبي ﷺ فقبل بين عينيه.
