٣٣٩ - عبدُ الله بنُ إسماعيلَ الحِمْيَريُّ، أبو محمد. رَوى عن أبي محمد ابن مَوْجُوال. ٣٤٠ - عبدُ الله (٣) بنُ الأشعَث بن الوليد بن المُسيَّب بن مُدرِكةَ بن وَهْب بن عبد الله بن الجَرّاح بن هِلالِ بن وُهَيْب بن ضَبّهَ بن الحارِث بن فِهْرِ بن مالكٍ الفِهِرْيُّ القُرَشِيُّ، إشبِيليٌّ. استقضاهُ بها الأميرُ هشامُ بن عبد الرّحمن في صَفَرِ ثلاثٍ وسبعينَ ومئةٍ فاستَمرَّ قضاؤه بها بقيّةَ دولتِه، وألفْاهُ الحَكَمُ بن هشام قاضيًا بها فأقَرَّه، ثم صُرِف في [٥٢ أ] رجبِ اثنينِ وثمانينَ ومئة، وقيل: إنه استأذَنَ للحجّ فأَذِنَ له، وأعاد القضاءَ إلى عُبَيدِ الله بن مالك.
