    ١٥٩٧ - [أبو الفتح البديلي] نصر بن مسعود بن علي البديلي القاضي الإمام أبو الفتح ابن القاضى أبى الفضل نسيب فاضل محترم مشهور، من وجوه قضاة النواحي ومشايخهم، ساكن اسفراين. قرأ الفقه على القاضى حسين المروالروذي. وكان يحفظ، وبقى بالناحية، سمع قديما، ودخل نيسابور كرات غير معدودة، وكان هو وابوه من أركان اصحاب الشافعي، سمع من ابى نصر أحمد بن محمد بن ابراهيم اخو ابى اسحاق الاسفراينى.
