٣٤٥ - الفضل بن أحمد بن محمد بن يوسف الزهرى المعروف بالبصرى.من أهل آمل طبرستان. تفقه على الفقيه أبى بكر محمد بن على بن حامد الشاشى بغزنة، وسمع أبا الطيب ببغداد، وأقام بمكة. روى عنه الإمام أبو المظفر السمعانى وغيره، ولد في شوال سنة سبع وتسعين وثلثمائة، ومات سنة ثمان وسبعين وأربعمائة.
