٣٢٧ - عمر بن أحمد بن عمر بن دوس الخطيبى. الواعظ من زنجان. تفقه على القاضى أبى بكر محمد بن إسحاق بن عثمان بن عزيز المروزى صاحب أبى اسحاق الشيرازى وغيره، ولد سنة احدى وتسعين وأربعمائة. قال القاضى أبو زكريا يحيى بن القاسم بن المفرج التكريتى مدرس النظامية: كان فقيهًا محققًا فاضلًا في علم المذهب والخلاف والأصول فصيح اللسان مليح المناظرة، وعظ بالنظامية مرارًا، وحضر بجامع القصر، واستدل بمسألة تعليق الطلاق بالملك فاعترض عليه يوسف الدمشقى المدرس بالنظامية. ذكره ابن النجار، ولم يؤرخ وفاته.
