    ٢٩٥ - على بن الحسن بن على الرميلى. كان فاضلًا في الفقه والأصول والخلاف واللغة والنحو، وله الخط البديع على طريقة ابن البواب، تفقه على يوسف الدمشقى وسمع من على بن عبد السيِّد ابن الصبَّاغ وغيره، وأعاد بالنظامية ومات سنة تسع وستين وخمسمائة ومن شعره ما كتب به إلى بعض الناس وقد ارتعشت يداه وتغير خطه: "طول سُقمى والذى بعنادى ... صيَّر الرائق من خطى كدا كل شئ هدر ما سلمت ... منك لى نفس ووُقيت الأذى".
