٢٤٥ - عبد العزيز بن محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد. الفقيه أبو الفضل النضروى. قال الحاكم: كان من الفقهاء الزهَّاد التاركين لما لا يعنيهم. درس على أبو الوليد، ثم على أبى منصور بن مهران، ولما انصرف الأستاذ أبو سهل من أصبهان فرأيته يدرس عليه كتابا الرسالة للشافعى، ودرس في مسجده سنين، وتخرج به جماعة من الفقهاء. سمع عبد اللَّه الشرقى والحسن بن منصور وأقرانهما، ومات في رجب سنة سبعين وثلثمائة.
