٢٤٠ - عبد السلام بن عبد العزيز بن خلف بن محمد النصيبى. المعروف بابن الحيان من فقهاء أصحابنا، وله كتاب سماه "التلخيص" وقف عليه ابن الصلاح ونقل منه فوائد في مجموع له (١). النص والكعبة ومسجد الرسول وإيلياء والكوفة، وفيما سواها قولان أحدهما نص والآخر اجتهاد، وقال ابن الصلاح: هذا غريب بمرة. وقد قال الرويانى في الكافى عاطفا على قبله: مسجد الرسول ﵇ وكذلك قبله قباء، وهذا قد ذكره الرافعى.
