٢١٩ - عبد الرحمن بن عبد اللَّه بن عبد الرحمن الشيخ أبو محمد النيهى. بكسر النون- وهو ابن أخى الحسن بن عبد الرحمن النيهى تلميذ القاضى حسين السالف في الطبقة العاشرة من أصحاب الوجوه، تفقه هذا على البغوى، وتخرج به جماعة وسمع وأملى وعنه ابن السمعانى، وقال: ورد مرو سنة ثلاث وأربعين وحدث بالمعجم الصغير. قال: وهو حافظ للمذهب مصيب في الفتاوى وفيما نقل من خط ابن الصلاح عن كتاب الشيخ عماد الدين عبد الرحمن بن عبد اللَّه المروروذى في الفقه، وهو هذا الشيخ في مسألة بيع الفقاع حتى يصيبه ويراه وهو وجه حكاه النووى في الروضة.
