١٧٠ - عبد اللَّه بن أحمد بن محمد بن عبد القاهر الطوسى أبو الفضل. ابن أبى نصر الخطيب، ولد ببغداد وسمع بها من أبى الخطاب بن النضر وغيره، وقرأ الفقه والخلاف والأصول على الكيا والشاشى، والفرائض والحساب على الحسين بن أحمدالشقَّاق، والأدب على أبى زكريا التبريزى، ثم سافر إلى خراسان فسمع وأكثر، ثم سكن الموصل وحلب سنة وتفرد بأكثر مسموعاته، وقصده الرحَّالون من البلاد، وروى عنه خلق ومن شعره: "لما رأنى ولدى مدنقًا ... مقلقل الأحشاء مسكينا قال ابن لى ما الذى يشتكى ... قلت له أشكو اليمانينا". ولد سنة سبع وثمانين وأربعمائة، ومات سنة ثمان وسبعين وخمسمائة.
