١١٤ - الخليل بن المجد بن محمد المرندى. نسبة إلى مرند من بلاد أذربيجان، أبو الوفاء أحد تلامذة أبى إسحاق الشيرازى،قال ابن السمعانى: فقيه صالح حسن السيرة، سمع من ابن النقور وغيره. مات ببغداد سنة اثنا عشرة وخمسمائة.
