٤٣ - بارسطغان بن محمود بن أبى الفتوح الفقيه أبو طالب الحميرى. سمع بالإسكندرية من أهل الطاهر بن عوف، وبدمشق من أحمد بن حمزة بن الموارينى، روى عنه المنذرى وغيره، ولى قضاء غزة من أرض الشام، ومات بإربل سنة ست عشرة وستمائة أورده ابن النجار.
