٣٣ - إبراهيم بن نصر بن عسكر أبو إسحاق ظهير الدين.قاضى السلامية، كان فقيهًا فاضلًا تفقه بنظامية بغداد، وسمع وحدث وغلب عليه النظم، ومن شعره في أبيات: "يا دوحة الجودِ لاعتبَ على رجل ... يهزها وهو محتاج إلى الثمن". ومنه: "متى سمع الناس فىَّ دنيّة ثم ... بأن الغناسنة تتبع، ويأكل المرء أكل البعير ... ويرقص في الجمع حتى يقع، ولو كان طاوى الحشا جائعًا ... لما دار في طرب واستمع".
