١٦٦٥ - ابن سيد الناس الحافظ فتح الدين محمد بن محمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن سيد الناس أبو الفتح العمرى. صاحب التصانيف في الحديث منها سيرة كبرى جليلة، وأخرى صغيرة جدًّا وهى مفيدة وشرح قطعة من الترمذى، وبها أكثر فوائده وأبرعه ويعز كماله على نمطه الغريب، الحديث من الشيخ تقى الدين القشيري وغيره، ورحل إلى الشام سنة تسعين وستمائة فلم يدرك الفخر بن البخارى، فمات وهو في الكسوة فدخلها، وسمع من غيره، وحدث وعاد بجامع ابن طولون، ودرس بجامع الصالح، والظاهرية، والمهذبية، ولد سنة إحدى وسبعين في آخرها، ومات في شعبان سنة أربع وثلاثين وسبعمائة وأجاز لى وسمعت عليه.
