١٦٢٣ - عبد العزيز بن أحمد بن عثمان الكردى يعرف بابن الخطيب الأشمونيين. كان فاضلًا كريمًا رئيسًا ذا حشمة وافرة، درس وأفتى وصنف على حديث الجامع في رمضان مجلدًا مشتملًا على ألف فائدة وفائدة، تولى قضاء الأعمال القوصية، ثم قضاء المحلة، ثم قدم القاهرة في أواخر سنة سبع وعشرين وسبعمائة ورسم بتدريس المعزية بمصر عند ولاية الزرعى للشام، فمات عقب ذلك.
